Q: Can I change my order once it’s been placed?

A: If for whatever reason you need to change your order once it’s been placed, please email QA@thehopfeed.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Q: I put in the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

A: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, no refunds.


Q: My package says that it was delivered, but I did not receive anything.

A: The Hopfeed MFG Co. is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Under all circumstances, USPS is responsible for all packages that undergo USPS delivery services. 1 (800) 275-8777

SHIPPING

Q: Where is my order?

A: We ship orders as quickly as we can, but we don’t ship on weekends. Most orders ship within 3 days of purchase unless it’s a holiday or we otherwise state on
our social media.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Q: Can I return my item?

A: All items must be unwashed, and unworn in the original packaging with all original package contents. The Hopfeed MFG Co. reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason. Please contact QA@thehopfeed.com if you'd like to initate a return. All returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery. Store Credit will be the result of a returned item.

Q: The item that I ordered is out of stock.

A: If a product that you've ordered is out of stock, you will be refunded for the purchase price of your item.
